You’re in - here’s what happens next 👊🏽

Before we get started, I need to get a proper picture of where you’re currently at — personally, with your coaching, your marketing and the business itself. Follow the steps below and aim to complete everything within the next 3 days. This gives me everything I need to review where you are now, identify what needs the most attention and put a clear starting strategy in place.

Step 1 - Activate your My PT Hub account

Check your inbox for your MyPTHub activation email and get your account live.

This is where you’ll complete your assessments, weekly check-ins, access anything I send over and keep our coaching communication in one place.

If you can’t find the activation email, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes hides there.

Step 2 - Complete your business assessments

In MyPTHub → Forms, you’ll find four short assessments:

You
Your Coaching
Your Marketing
Business & Direction

Take your time and answer them properly.

I want to understand what’s already working well, where the obvious gaps are and what actually needs our attention first.

There are no right or wrong answers — just be honest.

The more I understand about where you are now, the better starting strategy we can put in place.

Step 3 - Upload your progress photos

In MyPTHub → Hub → Add Progress Photo.

Upload clear, full-body photos from the front, side and back.

Important:

Visible head to toe — no cropping.
Don’t cover your face or midsection.
Don’t hold your phone — use a timer/stand or get someone else to take them.
Keep the camera around chest/shoulder height.
Use good lighting.
Wear fitted clothing.

This isn’t about expecting every coach to be shredded.

But as a fitness coach, you are part of your brand.

How you look after yourself, how you feel, your confidence and how you show up all feed into your coaching, communication and marketing.

These photos simply give us a starting point so we can track your own progress alongside the progress of the business.

Step 4 - Send over your current business assets

Your assessments will give me a good understanding of how everything currently works.

If you already have anything you’d like me to physically look through, send it over as well.

This could include:

Your website or coaching landing page
Current coaching offer/pricing
Check-in forms
Onboarding forms/resources
Client resources
Sales or enquiry messages
Anything else you currently use within the business

Don’t worry if you haven’t got all of this in place yet.

Just send over whatever already exists and I can review it alongside your assessments.

Step 5 - Book your strategy call

Once you’ve completed everything above, message me on WhatsApp and we’ll lock in your first Strategy Call.

Before the call, I’ll review your assessments, current setup, social media and anything else you’ve sent over.

Then we’ll use the call to establish:

What’s already working
What needs attention
What needs prioritising first
What we’re working towards
Your first actions moving forward

We’re not going to try and change everything at once.

We’ll identify the things that are going to make the biggest difference, put the starting strategy in place and then build from there week by week.

Assess → prioritise → implement → review → improve.
