Follow the steps below and aim to complete them within the next 3 days.

Step 1 - Activate your My PT Hub account

Check your inbox for your My PT Hub activation email and get your account live.
That’s where you’ll track workouts, check-ins, and messages throughout your coaching.

If you can’t find the activation email, check spam or junk — it sometimes hides there.

Step 2 - Complete your assessment form

In My PT Hub → Forms → Lifestyle & Goal Assessment.

Take 10 minutes to fill this out properly — the more detail, the better I can tailor your food, training, and strategy around your lifestyle.

Be honest and specific — this is what shapes your first phase.

Step 3 - Upload progress photos

In My PT Hub → Hub → Add Progress Photo.

Upload clear, full-body photos (front, side, and back) in good lighting and fitted clothing.

Important:

Must be visible head to toe — no cropping.
Don’t cover your face or midsection.
Don’t hold your phone — get someone to take the photo or use a timer/stand.
Keep the camera at chest or shoulder height each time for consistency.
Use the same spot and lighting each time.
Fitted clothing only (shorts / sports bra or similar).

This is all about tracking your progress properly and seeing the changes that scales can’t.

Step 4 - Track a 3-day food diary

Log everything you eat and drink for 3 full days in MyFitnessPal — no guessing, no “best behaviour” days.
I need to see a normal few days to understand your current habits.

When done:

Go to Settings → Diary Sharing → Change to ‘Public’
Send me a friend request — username: aaroncatonfitnessltd

Tips:

Use barcode scanning when possible.
Weigh portions with kitchen scales — especially snacks, sauces, oils, and spreads.
Don’t stress about small things like salads, veggies, or seasonings — focus on the foods that actually carry significant calories.
Only log drinks that contain calories (milk, juice, alcohol, etc.) — no need to track water.

Step 5 - Book your strategy call

Once you’ve completed everything above, message me in My PT Hub and we’ll lock in your Strategy Call.

This is where we’ll review all your onboarding info — your form, food diary, photos, and current routine — and use it to lock in your starting point for training, food, and habits.
